I'm Conor McClure - an illustrator and street artist from Belfast, working at the intersection of visual storytelling, social awareness, and expressive mark-making.
My practice spans street art, theatre design, and illustration for mental health and social engagement. Whether I’m creating large-scale mural work, promotional art for a play, or personal projects that speak to emotional wellbeing, my work is rooted in loose, painterly lines, bold ink, and a raw, human energy.
I graduated from Ulster University with a BA in Graphic Design & Illustration in 2014, followed by a Master of Fine Art in Illustration in 2019. I also hold a PGCE and currently lecture in illustration at Ulster University, where I’m passionate about helping the next generation of illustrators find their voice.
Clients I’ve worked with include BBC, History Press, Jamesons Whiskey, Budvar Brewery, Belfast City Council, Lyric Theatre Belfast, ITV, and the National Trust. Each collaboration is an opportunity to connect illustration with real-world impact - whether through storytelling, activism, or community engagement.
I’m always open to new projects... Let’s chat.
